Who am I?
Well, my name is Aurora. I've been RPing actively for nine years (since 2001). I adore RPing within the Harry Potter universe, though I do RP in other universes. I'm not incredibly fond of crossovers, but I will do them on occasion.
What are my RP preferences?
I RP on the Harry Potter Dialogue Center as well as Twitter. So, some of this applies, and some doesn't. For those of you who know the mods there, GOD FORBID people speaking to one another outside of those boards. Know what I mean? Still, if you want to find me there, I'm the only Aurora who hangs out on the Slytherin House Board.
I am an English major, and I prefer literate (i.e. grammatically correct) RPs. I also prefer high-quality posts that move the plot and encourage character interaction. You don't have to write a book to please me. (Twitter simplifies this situation.)
I can play either canon characters or original characters, depending on my mood. I also like to do a little bit of plotting before I start a new RP with someone.
I can work with the canon timeline and events, but I am not opposed to alternate-universe RP.
